📄 Application Instructions

Please follow these instructions carefully before submitting your application.

1. Adult Occupants

All occupants 18 years of age or older (excluding minor children of the applicant) must submit a separate application.
Please ensure that every adult occupant completes their own application.

2. Required Documents

Each field in the application must be completed, and all required supporting documents must be uploaded in PDF format, including but not limited to:

• Pay stubs

• Bank statements

• Any additional requested documentation

If you need help creating PDFs, there are several iPhone and Android apps that allow you to scan documents using your smartphone. One example is Adobe Scan.

3. Application Fees & Processing Time

• Application fees are non-refundable.

• Please allow up to three (3) business days for processing and response.

• Applications are processed Monday through Friday only.

4. Pet Policy

• Official assistive support animals are accepted in accordance with applicable laws.

• We do not accept aggressive dog breeds. You may view the current restricted breed list here:

• Other pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to landlord approval.

• If pet approval is important to your decision, please contact your showing agent prior to applying.
