PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY

1. All occupants besides minor children of the applicant or applicants under 18 MUST submit a separate application. Please have all adults apply.

2. Each field within the application must be completed, all require PDF files must be uploaded (IE: pay stubs, bank statements, etc.) must be provided.  There are several I Phone and Android apps that help you turn your smart phone into a PDF scanner.  Here is a link to one of them:   I SCANNER APP

3. Application fees are non-refundable, please allow up to THREE business days for processing and a response.  Applications are processed Monday-Friday.

4. Pets: Outside of official assistive support animals we do not accept aggressive dog breeds, click here for a current list:  https://www.opulentre.com/aggressive_dog_breeds 
other pets will be taken into consideration by the landlord however may or may not be approved.  If this is a material concern for you, please contact your showing agent prior to applying.
