1. Please note tenants are responsible for any maintenance, part or repair under $50.00 per your rental agreement. 

2. If a vendor is sent out who determines tenant negligence or an illegitimate repair call you will be liable for the expense of the invoice.

*Keep in mind resetting breakers (on outlets, A/C's etc) is the tenants responsibility and tenants will be charged if a vendor is assigned to simply reset a breaker.

Your request will be evaluated and matched with the appropriate vendor based on urgency. A vendor will call you back directly to arrange.  Please allow ample time.
