What to Expect When Referring a Tenant
Referral-Based Transaction Structure
When you refer a tenant to us, the transaction is handled as a Realtor Referral.
Because your brokerage is not listed, signed, or acknowledged on the lease documents, this is classified as a referral-based (Non-MLS) transaction. Per MLS data requirements, the Selling Agent field must be marked as “Non-MLS.”

To process your referral fee, please provide:
If your brokerage requires an additional referral agreement, please send it to the listing agent or email it to info@OpulentRE.com for review and signature.
What You Can Expect From Us
As this is a referral-based transaction, our team manages and determines all lease documents and addendums.

These forms are typically used in direct listings or co-brokered transactions, not referrals
