Realtor Tenant Referral Request Form

Please allow 7-10 days after scheduled move in date to receive your referral fee.
If you do not receive within 7-10 days please email info@OpulentRE.com. 

What To Expect When Referring a Tenant:

The transaction is treated as a "realtor referral":

By referring us a tenant we will have established a "Referral Based Transaction" . Because you referred us this tenant and your brokerage will not be listed, signed or acknowledged on any of the lease documents the transaction is treated as a "Realtor Referral" thus "Non MLS" is required on the "Selling Agent Field in MLS" per MLS data requirements.

Our online referral form below and a W9 is all we require to process.  If your brokerage requires an additional referral form please send to the listing agent or email to info@OpulentRE.com for us to review and/or sign.

What documents to expect from us?

Because this is a referral based transaction as described above we solely determine what lease documents and addendums to utilize. We do not utilize the landlord property disclosure statement nor the tenant advisory forms. We realize these may be forms your brokerage requires when engaging in a direct listing of their own or a co-broke but again being a referral based transaction we will not be utilizing or providing those forms.  We are happy however to provide agents an executed lease copy and addendums upon request.
