What documents to expect from us?
Because this is a referral based transaction as described above we solely determine what lease documents and addendums to utilize. We do not utilize the landlord property disclosure statement nor the tenant advisory forms. We realize these may be forms your brokerage requires when engaging in a direct listing of their own or a co-broke but again being a referral based transaction we will not be utilizing or providing those forms. We are happy however to provide agents an executed lease copy and addendums upon request.
