Self Help For Tenants

Tenants are responsible for routine maintenance resulting from normal use of the property. If a maintenance issue is caused by tenant use or is otherwise tenant-induced, it is the tenant’s responsibility to address it. Examples include, but are not limited to, plumbing blockages (such as toilet paper or other items), dishwashers that need cleaning or unclogging, garbage disposals clogged with food, resetting tripped breakers, and replacing light bulbs.

We have included helpful “how-to” videos below to assist with common issues you may encounter. Please note that, in accordance with your lease, any repair or maintenance costing under $50 is generally the tenant’s responsibility. Additionally, any repairs required due to tenant maintenance issues or negligence will be billed back to the tenant.
