Self Help For Tenants
Tenants are responsible to maintain common maintenance that occurs and needs to be completed due to routine use by the tenant. Depending on your maintenance issue, if it is self induced through your use, you are responsible to maintain it. IE: plumbing blockages (toilet paper etc.), dishwashers needing cleaned or unclogged, food clogged garbage disposal, resetting breakers, changing light bulbs etc. We have included some helpful "how to" videos below to common problems you may experience. Keep in mind generally per your lease any repair or maintenance matter under $50 is your responsibility. In addition, any tenant maintenance or negligence you are responsible for will be back billed to you.
